Whether you are buying or selling a home, hire someone like me, who wants to help you find exactly what you need. I've lived in Puerto Penasco for three years now and I've gained a wealth of knowledge.
Everyone in Rocky Point has a story to tell, so here is mine in a nutshell:
I'm originally from a small town 45 minutes south of Dallas, Texas. I moved to Los Angeles and lived there for about 4 years, then wanted to take an extended vacation, so I headed off for Mazatlan, Sinaloa...due to car problems, I ended up in Sonoyta, and someone told me about this little beach town an hour away, so I thought, hey - instead of turning back, I'll try out Puerto Penasco, this "Rocky Point" they were talking about.
So I came here and decided to vacation for 6 months or so, and I ended up staying. I've been here since March of 2005, working in the real estate market since then. I am a hard worker dedicated to my clients; I always give 100% in everything because I believe you get out of something what you put into it. I am ready to embark on my real esate career and make the most of it!

**UPDATE** As of February 1st, 2008, Re/Max Legacy has taken over the resales of the prestigous Puerta Privada on Sandy Beach. We have a limited number of turnkey resales at the only non-rental development in town. I invite you to check back often, as I will post information about monthly happenings at this exclusive resort!
